ATOTICE'Is HEREBY GIVEN, that the JS Block of Land contained within thu following boundaries, viz. :— North, by John Shenrin's selection of 60 acres, by D. Hughey's ami E. and J. Russells' applications for 5s land in the Hutt District, and by Sections Nos. 63, 55, 37, and 35, in the Upper Mungaroa Block ; East, by a line from Section No. 35, Upper Mungaroa Block, to Section No. 73, Wfdnuiomata District ; South-West, by land pni clmsod by H. Sinclair, and thence by a lino to the eastern boundary of Section No. 3, Low ry Pay ; and West, by the boundary of W. Fitzherbert's selections, and by Section ]Mo. 42, Hutt District, excepting Sections No*. 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33, Wainuiomata District— will be open for purchase and selection at this office on and after Wednesday, the 27th day of September next, under the Land Regulations of the Province of Wellington. TO BE LET ON LEASE. THE RANGITIKI EDUCATIONAL RESERVES. rPENDERS are invited for the above JL Reserves, under the Educational Reserves Act, Session IX., No. 7, for the term of 7, 10, or 14 years. The RANGITIKI RESERVES are rich open land, and consist of :—: — Ist. 214 Acres, in the Bonny Glen, being part of Section No. 20, Agricultural Reserve No. 1 , is surrounded by improved properties, and has a road frontage on two sides. 2nd, 214 Acres, part of Section 31, near the south- west corner of Agricultural Reserve No. 1, adjoining the propeity of Mr. John Glasgow. This Block has also a road front, age on two sides, and is within a few chains ot the Great North-western Road. Tenders must state the nature and extent of the improvements to be made, the annual rental, and the number of years, and must be forwarded to the Provincial Secretary, Wellington, on or before the THIRTY-FIRST day of AUGUST, 1865. Plans of the properties may be seen at the Lind Offices, Wellington, and Wanganui, and .also at the Ht<.res of Messrs. Franklin and Him, Turakina ; Court House 1 , Marsden, Tutnnul ; and Mr. JamesJßull's, RangUilci. 27th July, 1865.

CONTRACT FOR RUNNING MAIL COACHES BETWEEN WEL LINQTON & WANGANUI. Provincial Secretary's Offlce, Wellington, Aug 23rd, 18R5. TENDERS will be received nt this offlce until NOON of SATURDAY, th« 2nd ot September, from persons willing to run Mnil Coaches between ellington and Wanfinnui, twice a week each way. The terders must specify — 1. The date on which it is proposed to commence running, the days of startin? from Wellington nnd Wangnnui ' respectively, the accommodation for 1 mails, passengers, and luggage, and 1 the number of hours occupied in the I journey, 2. The rate of subsidy, and the period for which it will be required. The penalties for delay in arrival and departure, and the security to be provided for the due performance of the service, to be subject to mutual arrangement on the acceptance of the tender.
