This Block has also a road frontage on two sides, and is within a few chains of the Great North-vreatern Road. Tenders must state the nature and extent of the improvements to be made, the annual rental, and the number of years, and must be forwarded to the Provincial Secretary, Wellington, on or before the THIRTJf -FIRST day of AUGUST, 1865. Plans of the properties may be seen at the Land Offices, Wellington, and Wanganui, and also at the Stores of Messrs. Franklin and Hirst, Turakiua ; Court House, M irsden Tutanui ; and Mr. James Ball's, Ranyitiki. 27 th July, 1865.
