PUBLIC NOTICE. Crown Lands Office, Wellington, sth August, 1865. "VTOTICE IS HKRkBY GIVEN, that ±}i about 2200 icres of land in the Wainui and Rangitiki Districts, will be put up for sale by public auction, at this office, on Tuesiiay, the sth day of September next, at 1 o'clock p.m., at the upset price of 5s per acre, and in allotments varying in size from 80 to 303 acres. For further particulars, see Provincial Government Gazette, No. 27, of sth August, 1865. Plans of the blocks, showing the various allotments, are open ior inspection at this office. WM.
