PUBLIC NOTICE. Crown Lands Office, Wellington, sih August, 1865. TVTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that ll about 2200 acres of land in the Wainui and Rangitiki Districts, will be put up for sale by public auction, at this office, on Tuesday, the sth day of September next, at 1 o'clock p.m., at the upset price of 5s per acre, and in allotments varying in sice from 80 to 303 acres. For further particulars, see Provincial Government Gazette, No. 27, of sth August, 1865. Plans of the blocks, showing the various allotments, are open for inspection at tliia office. * WM.
