Tenders must; state the nature and extent of ihe improvements to be made, the annual rental, and the number of > ears, and must be forwarded to the Provincial Secretary, Wellington, on or before theTHIRTY-iIRST day of AUGUST, 1865. Plans of the properties may be seen at the Lund Offices, Wellington, and Wanganui, and also at the St> res of Messrs. Franklin and Hirst, Turakina ; Court HoiUf, Mirsden, Tu r anui ; and Mr. James Bull's, Rangitiki. 27th July, 1865.

QUEEN'S WHARF EXTENSION, WELLINGTON. fpENDERS are wanted for supplying free X at the Queen's Wharf, a considerable quantity of Totnra and Black Birch Baulks and Red Birch Planking. The drawings and specifications may be seen at the office of the Provincial Engineer, and sealed tenders will be received by the Provincial Secretary, at his office, until Wednesday, the 16th current, at noon.
