PUBLIC NOTICE. Crown Lands Office, Wellington, sth August, 1865. ¦VTOTICE IS HERHBY GIVEN, that AM about 2200 acres of land in the Wainui and Rangitiki Districts, will be put up for sale by public auction, at this office, on Tuesday, the sth day of September next, at 1 o'clock p.m., at the upset price of 5s per acre, and in allotments varying in size from 80 to 303 acres. For further particulars, see Provincial Government Gazette, No. 27, of sth August, 1865. Plans of the blocks, showing the various allotments, are open for inspection at this office. WM. SAUCE. LEA AND PERRINS' WORCESTERSHIRE SAUOE, Pronounced by connoisseurs to be the only good sauce, and applicable to every variety of dish. Extract of a letter from a medical gentleman at Madras to his brother at Worcester, May, 1851 :— " Tell Lea and Perrin that their sauce is highly esteemed in India, and is, in my opinion, the most palatable as well as the most wholesome sauce that is made. L. and P. will proceed against any one who may manufacture or vend such imitations, and have instructed their correspondents in the various parts of the world, to advise them of any infringement of their rights.
