ATOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Xl about s§oo acres of land in the Warehama Block, East Const, and in the Rangitiki District, will be put up for sale by public nuction.at this office, on Tuesday, the Bth day of August next, at 1 o'clock p.m., at the upset price of 5s per acre, and in allotments varying in size from 137 to 320 acres.
