TVTOTTCE is HEREBY GIVEN, that J^l about 5300 acres of land in the Warehnma Block, East Coast, nnd in theßangitiki District, will be put up for sale by public auction,at this office, on Tuesday, the «th day of August next, at I o'clock p.m., at the upset price of 5s per acre, and in allotments varying in size from 137 to 320 acres.
