PUBLIC NOTICE. Crown Lands Office, Wellington, 11th July, 1865. ATOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that J^l about 5300 acres of land in the Warehtma Block, East Coast, and in the liungitiki District, will be put up for sale by public auction,at this office, on Tuesday, the sth day of August next, at 1 o'clock p.m., at the iipqet price of 5s per acre, and in allotments varying in size from 137 to 320 acres. For further particulars, see Provincial Government Gazette, No. 23, of sth July, 18C5. Plans of the blocks, showing the various allotments, are open for inspection at this office. WM.
