Crown Lands Office, Wellington, 11th July, 1865. -VrO TICE TS HEREBY GIVEN, that J^l about 5300 acres of land in the Warehama Block, East Coast, and in theßangitiki District, will be put up for sale by public auctkm.at this office, on Tuesday, the Bth day of August next, at 1 o'clock p.m., at the upset price of 5s per acre, and in allotments varying in size from 137 to 320 acres.
