PUBLIC NOTICE. Crown Lands Office, Wellington, 11th July, 1865. ATOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that _[_\ about 5300 acres of land in the Warehiima Block, East Coast, and in the Rungitiki District, will be put up for sale by public !iuction,at this office, on Tuesday, the Rth day of August next, at 1 o'clock p.m., at the upset price of 5s per acre, and in allotments varying in size from 137 to 320 acres. For further particulars, see Provincial Government Gazette, No. 23, of sth July, 1865. Plans of the blocks, showing the various allotments, a-re open for inspection at this office. WM. Provincial Secretary's Office, Wellington, 7th July. mENDERS are invited for the Formation j_ of 135 chains (more or less) of the Coast Road, situated between York Bay and Brown's Bay, Specifications may be seen at the Enginee 's Oflice, Wellington, and at Mr. Brown's residence.
