"\TOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that i^l about 5300 acres of land in the Warehnma Block, East Coast, and in the Rangitiki District, will be put up for sale by public auction, at this office, on Tuesday, the B th day of August next, at 1 o'clock p.m., at the upsi* price of 5» pet acre, and in allotments varying in size from 137 to 320 acres.
