Wellington, 2nd May, 1865. *VTOTICE is hereby jjiven that about 1600 j}{ actes of land in the Whareama Block, in the East Coast District, will be put up for sale by Public Auction at this Office on Wednesday, the 31st day of M:iy, instant, at one o'clock, p.m., at the upset price of ss. per acre, and in allotments varying in size from 195 to 310 acres. For further particulars see Provincial Government Gazette, No. 14, of the 28th April last. A plan of the Block, showing the various allotments is open fur inspection at this Office.
