The names of persons whose Christian nnme, or place of abode, or the nature of whose qualifications are wholly omitted where hy law required to be specified in the List, or whose place of abode, or the nature or description of whose qualifications a'e insufficiently described for the purpose of being identified, will be expunged unless the matter so omitted or insufficiently described, be supplitd to the satisfaction of the Revising Officer before he shall have completed the Revision of the Lists.
