"VTOTICE is hereby given that about 1600 _I^| acies of land in the Whareama Block, in the East Coast District, will be put up for sale by Public Auction at this Office on Wednesday, the 31st day of May, instant, at one o'clock, p.m., at the upset price of ss. per acre, and in allotments varying in size from 195 to 310 acres.
