APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY SUPERINTENDENT. PROCLAMATION. By His Honor Isaac Earl Fpatherston, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Wtllington, in the Colony of New Zealand. I ISAAC EARL FEATHERSTON, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, do hereby, in virtue of the powers vested in me in this behalf by the " Deputy Superintendent's Act, 1856," of the General Assembly, proclaim and appoint CHARLES WILLIAM SCHULTZE, ESQ., J.P., of Wellington, to be my Deputy, and as such to perform and ex rcise all such acts and powers as by the said Act I am empowered to confer upon a Deputy.
