It appears from the evidence of the defendant that plaintiff had been in his employ as servant, and that she, without any good cause, suddenly left his service, and used the most insulting language to Mrs. Cohen. The magistrate told the plaintiff hat she had acted in a very reprehensible manner, and warned her against any repetition of such conduct ; as it was, she muse lose a week's w:iges. Judgment for £1 17s. Costs remitted.
