TENDERS to be sealed and addressed — " J. C. CRAWFORD, ESQ." Endorsed " Tender for Part of ♦ " Watt's Peninsula." To state the rate of rental at per acre, and left to the care of Mr. Brandon, at his Office. Persons desirous of going over the land may obtain permission to do so on application to Mr. ROWE, at Evans' Bay. The lessor will not be bound to accept the highest, nor any tender.
