"VfOTICE is hereby given, that the ComJIN missioners of Crown Lands having declined to certify to all that piece of land in the Oharui District containing 500 acres, more or less, heretofore included in the applications of Charles Austin and Thomas Morgan for ss. land, and bounded North by selections of James Mitchell and James Willis, East by sections 52, 47, 45, and 43 in the Porirua District, and by the selection of James Willis ; south by selections of James Willis and John Woodman and others, and by sections 37 and 36 Ohariu District, and West 'by sections 52, 50, 49, 47, and 46 Oharui District ; and that the said land will be open for selection at this office on and after Thursday, the 23rd day of March next, under the Land Regulations of the Province of Wellington.
