Mirrii firh, 12th, 10th, 2r,th N.R — March 2(?th will probably be a dangerous period with high tide A prill**, Bth, 16th, 22nd, 28th N.8.-Thf 24th to 28th may be very likely to prove greatly unsettled May 6th, 13th, 20th, 26th N.B.— From 20th to 26th it is likely to bo a very unsettled period June 2nd, 9tli, 16th. 22nd, 29th ' July 7fch, 13th, 20fcli, 27th August 3rd. 9th, L7th, 23rd, 30th September 6th, 12th, 19th, 27th October 3rd, 9th. 16th, 24th, 31st November fith, 13tli, 20t,b, 27th December 3rd, lOfcli, 18fcli, 24th, 31st. The preceding apply to all parti of tbe earth's surface- even (in a diminished degree) to the trade belta. N.B.— lf tho dny marked prove calm and still di9trust; the day after, and especially the second tlay after. The nhnni^en vary in intensity, but even at quiet pprioris they may ba plainly traced in the send flying with a velocity totally at variance with the state of the air afc the earth's surface, and the clouds at such, times generally have a liny or stratified appearance, which usually indicates approaching rain., S.
