February 1 3th, 20th, 26th N,B, — February 26th is likely to bo a very dangerotis period, with probably a high tide March sth, 12th, 10th, 20fch KB. --March 26th will probably he a dangerous period with high tide April Ist, Bth, 16th, 22nd, 28th ¦ N.B.— Tliß24th to 28th may be very likely to prove greatly unsettled May 6th, 13th, 20th, 26th N.B.— From 2uth to 26th it is likely to be a very unsettled period June 2ud, 9th, lGth. 22nd, 29th July 7fch, 13tn, 20th, 27th August 3rd, 9th, 17th, 23rd, 30th , ( September 6th, 12th, 19th, 27th k October 3rd, 9th, 16th, 24th, 31st \ November 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th t December 3rd, 10th, 18th, 24th, 31st. V The preceding apply to all parts of the earth's surface- even (in a diminished degree) to the trade belts. N.B.— lf the day marked prove calm and still distrust the day after, and especially the se :ond day after. The changes vary in intensity, but even at quiet periods they may be plainly traced in the Bcud flying with a velocity totally at variance with the state of the air at the earth's surface, and the clouds at stich times generally have a liny or stratified appearance, which usually indicates approaching rain.
