This popular gathering was he)d as usual on the show grounds on Boxing day. The fine weather attracted a large crowd of visitors who seemed thoroughly to enjoy themselves. The officials, especialy the secretary,' Mr James Carston were indefatigable m their efforts to make the meeting a success, and must have been gratified at the result.
