The jambs were after a long drive, and starvintr. having come from the Bays . I bonght them m the Ashbnrton Yards for 6s 6d each. I got thorn home and fed them on oateri-sheaf chaff and some fresli green feed. They were continually coughing and scouring, and 20 of them died the first week. I thought I would have lost the lot, and expressed that opinion to .a friend, who advised me to try ' Ford's Mixture.' I did sc, with the result that the coughing and scouring ceased, and they began to thrive immediately, and I sold thrnn a month after I bought them at a profit, and the man I bought them from expressed surprise, saying he wouldn't have known them. — I am, donr sir, yours truly, Daniel Brick.
