SGUTHBRIDGE, Sept 18th. (Before R. B. Willis and A. R. In wood. Esquires, Justices.) ' • CATTLE TRESPASS. George Uannaford was charged that he, being the owner of a certain cow, allpwed it to stray upon a portion of the railway at Southbridge on the 22nd August. Defendant said the cow escaped from bis paddock. The Benoh pointed out that he had rendered himself liable to a fine of £50. A fine of 20b was imposed. "William Mollwraitb, who did not appear, was charged with allowing one, cow tos tray on the Taumuta Road on the sth iogt. A fine of 10a and costs was inflicted. < .
