The following is the Corn Exchange report (per N. P. Miyirs, Secretary) fer the week ending Friday, April *4, 1891 j— Wheat — Transactions during the week Were numerous, the prioei ruling locally Baring a tendency to induce grower! to Nil. Second quality hasten an improved demand for the Australian colonies. Oar quotations are cc follows :— Wheat— -Prime milling tusoan 4s ; peart 8a lOd to 3a lid } Hunier'a 3a 8d to 3a 9d. Oata— Milling Is 8d ; short feed la fd ; Inferior and diacolorod Is 3d to la 4iK Barley— Prime malting 3s 3d ; feed la 9d to Is lOd. Beans 2s 6d, Peas— Hand threshed blue Prussians 3s ; feed 2s 3d to 2s 4d Potatoes— Derwents 25s to 27s 6d, at country stations within a radius of 12 aoiles kidneys unsaleable. Dairy Produce— Unaltered.
