AN UNSCRUPULOUS FOE.
Creeps upon us unawares like an as* saßsin m the dark, and whose dangerous 'rirOxipity we never suspect until it makes the last fatal clutch on some vital organ. We are always warned m ample time of the impending danger, but with criminal carelessness neglect these warnings : That tired feeling, those aching limbs, and that grand feeling one day and seedy condition the next, the sour taste on wa«-ing.-inja/nae|rning, and the frequent siok and splitting headaches, all make their debut before serious illness sets. All or any of those syirpioms indicate the approach of disease, they are faithful signs that the liver and kidneys are not doing their duties, that the morbid and effete matter instead of being eliminated from j the system is being retained, and is positively pojspningjand destroying the whole physical structure. 'Neglect mi such cases js criminal, recourse to rational treatment should be had at once. Clements' Tohto should be taken to strengthen the digestion, purity and fortify the blood, to stimnlate the liver and brace up the kidneys, to resolve and eliminate the poisonous urea. Liver and kidney complaints are the most prevalent diseases of this country, and so long as we consumo such large quantities of animal food and condiments, and drink bo freely! of tea and stimulants, so long will thia unhealthy condition last. It is this mode of life that causes Bach numbers of deaths from ibeart'i dsße&Be,C' Brig We.'disease,e .'disease, dropsy, cancer, inflammation and enlargement of Jhe liver, and similar causes, all of which herald their 1 approach by feelings of lassitude, heanp;uor, &c, and if prompt treataient at once is adopted by a] regular use of Ci/Ei*#NTs' Tonio, the progress of disease is arrested, the stomach;, liver, and .kidneys .resume. their, normal iaction, and 'the poisonous 1 accumulations are excelled. f"ie system and normal health; is restored. Tuat Clemrni3 5 Tonic is reliable is- provedbeyond all question, and we bjive gTatef ul be i lefifiiaciea. Ip every town and Tillage wlio are continually writing us m terms similar to the folk wing :—" ' St. Leonards, Sydney,— Dear Sir,~l can with, pleasure bear withesß to the greatirelief T have received iron* the use of Clomenta' Tonic and Dfr. The £tst dose caused a copiobs evncu tfon and gave, great reHe^ and I thought I was all right, but'after k'w&ek I was as bad again as before. I don't mind your publishing my case if you add nb'hing to it, ag it may bring relief to similar , sufferers. — Yours | very tiuly, H. Gabkell."
