Name, age, and pedigree of horses and colors of the rider to be sent in with nomination. , ■ No entries will be received for any of the above events except upon this condition, viz.:—That all disputes, claims, and obj actions arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards or whom they may j appoint, and their decision on all points connected with the carrying oat of the programme shall be final. Any person lodging a protest mast deposit therewith a sum of L2 2s, and should snoh protest be deemed frivolous by the Stewards, the amount will be forfeited. Jockey costume will be strictly enforced. Trotting and Post Entry Races excepted. Five per cent, will be deducted from all stakes. The Dunedin Jockey Club’ Rules will be strictly enforced. FRED.
