I, JESSIE SUTHERLAND, sole administratrix of the Estate of the late Alexander Sutherland, of Tinkers, Butcher, hereby appoint Mr Wm, Laidlaw, of Matakanui, Runholder, my Agent to settle all accounts due by, and all accounts due to the above Estate ; and his receipt and discharge will be binding on me. All accounts owing by the Estate must be rendered on or before the 8th December, otherwise they will not be recognised ; and all accounts due to the Estate must be paid by the 31st December, or they will be sued for.
