No entries will he received for any of the above events except upon this condition viz.;— That all disputes, claims, an d objections arising ont of the rachm sha'l l e decided by tho Stewards or whom they may appoint, and their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. Any person lodging a protest mast deposit therewith a pnm of L2 2s, and should such protest be deemed frivolous by the Stewards, the amount will be forfeited. Jockey costume will be strictly enforced, Trotting and Post Entry Races excepted. ’ Five per cent, will he deducted from all stakes. The Dunedin Jockey Club Rules will be strictly enforced. FRED.
