No entries will he received for any of the above events except upon this condition viz.;— That all disputes, claims, an d objections arising ont of the rachm sha'l l e decided by tho Stewards or whom they may appoint, and their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. Any person lodging a protest mast deposit therewith a pnm of L2 2s, and should such protest be deemed frivolous by the Stewards, the amount will be forfeited.
