RULES AND REGULATIONS. Nominations for the Alexandra Handicap, District Handicap, and Handicap Trotting Race, must bo received by the Secretary before 8 p.m. on Tuesday, September 7. W eights, etc., will be published in the Dunstan Times on Friday, September 10. Acceptances for all Handicaps, and entries for the Maiden Plate, must be received by the Secretary before 8 p.m. on Thursday, September 30. Three horses to aoccpt'Jin each Handicap, or no race. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of stakes for expenses. No Qualification Fee required. Any person entering a protest must deposit L2, and should such protest be deemed frivolous by the Stewards, the amount will be forfeited. The Dunedin Jockey Club Rules will be strictly enforced. W.
