RULES AND REGULATIONS. Nominations for the Alexandra Tlandicap, District Handicap, ami Handicap Trotting Race, must bo received by the Secretary before 8 p.m on Tuesday, September 7. W eights, etc., will be published in the Dijnstan Tints on Friday, .September 10. Acceptances for all Handicaps, and en- I tries for the Maiden Plate, must be re- I eeived by the Secretary before 8 pm. on Thursday, September 30. Three horses to accept- in each Handicap, or no race. Five per cant, will bo deducted from the gross amount of stakes for expenses. No Qualification Foe required.
