NOTICE OB' INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT WATER RACE. To the Mining Registrar of Clyde ol the Otago Goldfields Mining Dis» triot, and all Other persons whom It may concern, TAKE NOTICE that it is intended to construct p/\Y ater Race and divert water nnd#yr\ the provisions of Section 31 Aft l/inea Act, 1877, commenoing/tynjjoiut in the Wai Puna at my farm known Aa The Elms, on the Dunstan Elat. The length of such race is two miles or thereabouts, its intended course is northteast and south west. The course of such race, which is partly constructed, is down the Wai Puna Creek to the Wai Keri Keri Creek, thence across the said Creek and along the Wai Keri Keri Yalley to the termination. The mean depth of such race is one foot, and the mean breadth on? foot six inches, and it is proposed to divert one Government head of water. Dated at Clyde this Bth day of July, 1886. A. A.
