APPLICATION is hereby made under the provisions of Section 93 of “The Mines Act, 1877,” for a special claim of 25 acres more or less, situate In Block VII.. The applicants hold three leases, and their water is not sufficient to work the same profitably as three separate properties. 2. No other water is obtainable, 3. The ground proves to be heavy; and to require a strong force of water to get it away. 4. The Applicants have gone to an expenditure of over LSOOO in bringing in water to work this ground and in procuring iron piping and other plant. 5. The Applicants have been some years engaged in cutting their water race, and they humbly submit £hey need the relief sought to enable them to recoup their large outlay and long waiting.
