No entries will be received for any of the above E-ices except upon this condition That all disputes, claims, and objections prising out of the Racing shall be decided by the or whomsoever they may appoint, and their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. Three horses to start for all post entry races or no event. Jockey costume will ba enfpreed. Five per cent, will bo deducted from all •takas. The Dunedin Jockey Club Rules will bs •trietly enforced.
