Special Judges will be appointed to decide the various events. Tho decision of the Stewards or whom they may appoint shall in'all'cases be final. All events to be post entry. Persons intending to hold stands for the sale of fruit, etc., will be charged 10s fid each, and must receive written authority from the Secretary. Procession to leave Town Hall at 1 o’clock sharp. W.
