His Royal Highness in reply said Mr Holloway, ladies and gentlemen, it is with sincere pleasure and great gratification that we come hero to-day to inaugurate this excellent institution. No one with such great wealth as your relative, Mr Holloway, possessed could have employed it to a more excellent purpose than in erecting a sanatorium, at so large an expense, with a view to relieve those of our fellow creatures who demand our assistance and our charity to alleviate their suffering. L assure you that it affords us great pleasure to come hero to-day to open this institution, and I wish it all prosperity.
