RULES AND REGULATIONS. Nominations for the Alexandra Handicap, District Handicap, and Handicap Trotting Race, must be received by. the Secretary before 8 p.m, on Tuesday, August 25th. Weights, etc., will ba published in the Dunstan Times on Friday, August 28th. Acceptances for all Handicaps, and entries for the Maiden Plate, must be received by the Secretary before 7 p.ca, on Thursday, September 17 th. Throe horses to accept la each Handicap, or no race. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of stakes for expenses. No Qualification Fee required. ' No entries will bo received for any of the above Races except on the following conditions That all disputes arising out of the Races shall ba decided by the Stewards, and their decision shall be final. Any person entering a protest must deposit £2, and should such protest bo deemed frivolous by the Stewards, the amount will be forfeited. The Dnnstan Jockey Club Rules will be strictly enforced. W.
