RULES AND REGULATIONS. Nominations for the Alexandra Handicap, District Handicap, and Handicap Trotting Race, must be received by the Secretary before 8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25th. Weights, etc., will be published in the Dunstan Times on Friday, August 2Stb. Acceptances for all Handicaps, and entries for the Maiden Plate, must be receive i by the Secretary before 7 p.m, on Thursday, September 17 th. Three horses to accept in each Handicap, or no race. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of stakes for expenses. No Qualification Pee required. No entries will be received for any of the above Races except on the following conditions : —That all disputes arising out of the Races shall be decided by the Stewards, and their decision shall be final. Any person entering a protest must deposit £2, and should such protest be deemed frivolous by the Stewards, the amount will be forfeited. The Dunstan Jockey Club Rules will be strictly enforced.
