The House of Commons has accepted the amendments which were introduced by the House ot Lords into the “Redistribution of seats Bill.” The spread of the cholera in Spain is causing great alarm here, and a complete exodus of citizens is taking place in consequence. The failure of the Suez Canal Conference to arrive at a defi .ite conclusion regarding control and working of the Canal has irritated the French Government.
