APPLICATION is hereby made under the provisions of section 93 of the Mines Act, 1877, for a special claim of fifteen acres more or less situate in Smoker’s Gully, Tinkers, being of irregular shape, and being portions of the ground now held by me under Mining Leases and Certificates, as the same is marked out by pegs and trenches by me. The difficulty I experience in working the ground in detached pieces, the same being not only deep but full of heavy stones, and liable to slip. If granted all existing titles to be surrendered.
