IN accordance with the provisions of the *45 th and following Clanies of the “Licensing Act, 1881,” and the “Licensing Act, 1881 ” “ Amendment Act, 1882,” I hereby give notice that a Poll of the Ratepayers will be taken in the Resident Magistrate’s Court House at Cfyde, and in the Schoolhoute at Bald Hill Flat, on Saturday, the Ninth day of May, 1885, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., to determine whether there may or may not be an increase of the following Licenses, viz.—Publicans, New Zealani Wine, Accommodation, aud.Bottle, Each Ratepayer to have One Vote; Miners’ Right Qualification not to be exercised.
