RULES. No entry will be received for any of the above races except upon the fallowing conditions That all disputes, claims, and objections arising i ut of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, their decision on all points to be final. Any person entering a protest must deposit therewith L2 and should such protest be deemed frivolous by the Stewards the amount to be forfeited.
