No entry will be received fur any of the above races except upon the following conditions That all disputes, claims, and objections arising cut of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, their decision on all points to be final. Any person entering a protest must deposit therewith L2 and should such protest be deemed frivolous by the Stewards the amount to be forfeited. Five per cent will be deiuoted from the gross stakes for expenses. The Dunstan Jockey Club Rules will be strictly enforced. P RELIMINARY NOTICE.
