CROMWELL V. CLYDE, On Saturday last, 31st January, the above , clubs met for the first time this season on the Clyde ground,. With 112 to win Cromwell started well, and succeeded in getting the" runs with the loss of only 2 wickets, Turton, Davidson, Cogan (not not), and Howell (not out) playing good cricket, the latter making the winning hit just on tune.
