RULES & REGULATIONS. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse unless qualified as a subscriber of not less than 21s. to the race fund. No entries will be received for any of the above races except upon this condition; That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards or whomsoever they may appoint, and their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. Three horses to start for all post entry races or no event. Jockey costume will he enforced. Five per cent will be deducted from all stakes.
