Statutory Business—Election of Chairman. fer MacQIKNIS to move -That the snm of L2(Tbe expended on -improving tbe road leading to the reefs, Old Man Range,
•a Cr MACOTNffia to move—That the system of voting money on application by letter from ratepayers bp discontinued.
Cr Macoinnir to move—That it is desirable to assist. in keeping the roads and bridges in repair, that all those following tbe occupation of carriers be licensed, and that bye-laws be prepared and brought into operation for that purpose.
