RULES & REGULATIONS. No person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse unless qualified as a subscriber of not less than 21s, to the race fund. No entiles will be receive! for any of the above races except upon this condition : That all disputes, claims, and 01 j actions arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards or whomsoever they may appoint, and their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. Three horses to start for all post entry races or no event. Jockey costume will be enforced. Five per cent will be deducted from all stakes. The Dunedin Jookey Clu> Rules will be strictly enforced, Any person entering a protest will have to deposit the sum of LI Is, and should such protest be deemel frivolous by the Stewards fhe amount will be forfeited. Stakes will be paid at B'acks Hole', Ophir, at 9 p.m, on the 2ud January.
