Any present trustee may transfer the management of the trust property to the Public Trustee, who will thereupon hold such property upon the original trusts attaching thereto. Any person, company, association, or public body within or without the colony, may place any property belonging to them in charge of the Public Trnateo upon trust for such uses as may be defined in the deed creating the trust. Any building, land, or friendly society may, by its rules, provide thao prnnerty belonging to it may be placed in the Public Trust Office, for such trusts and uses and with such powers as may be defined u or by the said rules. All proposed investments are considered by a board, consisting of Honorable Colonial Treasurer, the attorney General, tire Comptroller and Auditor General, the Government Insurance Commissioner, .and the Public Trustee. No charge if made for obtaining probate, nor for passing st imp and property tax returns, nor for correspondence however voluminous.
