Any present trustee may transfer the management of the trust property to the Public Trustee, who will thereupon hold such property upon the original trusts attaching thereto. Any person, company, association, or public body within or without the colony, may place any property belonging to them in charge of the Public Trnateo upon trust for such uses as may be defined in the deed creating the trust. Any building, land, or friendly society may, by its rules, provide thao prnnerty belonging to it may be placed in the Public Trust Office, for such trusts and uses and with such powers as may be defined u or by the said rules. The advantages offered are : Ist. Stats Guarantee against peculation, fraud, or dishonesty. All proposed investments are considered by a board, consisting of Honorable Colonial Treasurer, the attorney General, tire Comptroller and Auditor General, the Government Insurance Commissioner, .and the Public Trustee. Cartful consideration of all securities offered is therefore ensured. 3. The Public Trustee, in his corporate caprcitv, NEVER WES. NEVER LEAVES THE COUNTRY, AND NEVER BECOMES INCAPACIATED, thus avoiding the many incon veniences resulting f-om frequent fresh appointments of Trustees, necessitated by death, change of abode, or mental or bodily infirmitv. 4th. Punctuality and promptitude in the remittance of periodical payments to Ireneficiaries under trust or will to any part of the colony or elsewhere at which it may be desired that payments should ha raa le. 5. The effective check whioh is called into operation before any moneys can he drawn from *he Public Trustee’s account. 6th. Reasonable charges ; On estates such as are now being considered the Pit'He Trustee is authorised; o charge I 4 per cent, on all receipts, and 14 per cent, on disbursements, and ss,per cent, on all moneys invested. No charge if made for obtaining probate, nor for passing st imp and property tax returns, nor for correspondence however voluminous.
