The only addition to the ordinary written letter is the age, occupation, habits and symptoms, nothing mote. Ibere are thousands of cases in daily life where a consultation with one at a distance, will remove by a single letter, a great fear, a great care, and it often solves what appears as an impenetrable mystery. To those who are about to marry I woiud say consult me before doing so, and thus prevent many after troubles, and remove many unnecessary fears and prejudices ; to those, more especially who have suffered in early years from disea c, or who have yielded to their passions.
