Any present trustee may transfer the management of the trust property to the Public Trustee, who will thereupon hold sudh property upon the original trusts attaching thereto. Any person, company, association, or public body within or without the colony, may place any property belonging to them in charge of the Public Trustee upon trust for such uses as may bo defined in the deed creating the trhst. Any building, land,or friendly society may, by i‘s vales, provide that property belongin ' to it may lie placed in the Public Trust fiffioe, for such trusts and uses and with such powers as may be defined in or by the said rules.
